Q&A: I’m born on a cusp and would like to know more about it….?

I’m born on a cusp and would like to know more about it….?
I’m born on the 22nd of October and am counted as having traits of libra-scorpio. I know that my sign is Libra but would like to know just how much of an influence the other traits have. I am also interested in finding out if this effects my daily/weekly/monthly horoscopes as i’ve found that as i enter out of the end of libra and into the sign of scorpio my horoscopes are becoming more and more confusing (sorta like clashing).

It really depends on a lot of different factors. There are signs other than your sun sign, and all of them have influences over different aspects of your personality. For that reason I put very little stock in my daily horoscopes. I am a cusp as well, a Pisces-Aquarius, born February 20th. I would suggest more research, maybe getting some comprehensive books from your local library.

You should look at your chart.
Like, one of my friends were born the day before the Sun entered Leo,
and he had Leo mercury, venus and mars.

I don’t get the whole cusp thing, I think it’s just stupid
talking about the ‘cusp’ instead of the actual element influences in the chart…

Horoscopes. True or bullshit?
So I read some horoscopes for myself, Scorpio. A monthly,weekly and daily one. Also a love one. They were all complete bullshit to me. I mean you can’t just say everyone who was born between these dates will have the same crap going on in their lives. I could make up horoscopes for people. I mean they just pick vague stuff that happens to people everyday… What are your opinions? Sorry for me getting frustrated but they just annoy me.

Well this is where you are going wrong, stop reading the ‘fun’ thousand applies to everyone pinch of salt astrology and come play with the real astrologers…

First you need to understand that you are NOT the sum total of your sun sign!
newspaper and magazine astrology is nothing related to the proper astrology that Astrologers use, this is just a pinch of salt entertainment sort. What they do is put each sun sign conjunct the Ascendant and read where the 10 planets fall in any one of the 12 houses. So when you have got your free chart from astro.com you will know your Ascendant sign, then if you want use this type of recreational fun, then you would look up your Ascendant sign to stand any kind of chance of having those planets in the right houses for you….

This is a VERY common mistake people around here make, but if ONLY you would dip your toe in the lovely warm water of astrology, soon you will be off swimming….
